On the Lookout℠ service. We routinely alert you to ways to protect your property by knowing the best times and ways to plan, plant, cultivate, weed, seed, feed, trim, remove, or treat areas in time to have them thrive, survive or revive. We’ll leave a hangtag alert to let you know when we see a special opportunity to prevent or address a problem. We may also suggest an improvement that may enhance your property or minimize costly environmental damage and speed repairs.

Property Care

Spring Clean Up: April/ May - Remove debris from the lawn and beds, rake and edge the beds, de-thatch the lawn.

Irrigation System Service: May/ Oct. -How do you know if your system is running properly? An improperly set system will not only waste water but can be detrimental to your landscape! Our seasonal irrigation program is designed to save you money! Since every property and system is different we will design a program that goes beyond just opening and closing the system.

Weekly Care: May/ November (26 visits) - All lawn areas will be cut to maintain a neat manicured appearance. Lawn clippings will be bagged as necessary.   All walkways, driveway and patios will be edged with a string trimmer, All hard surfaces will be blown down after service is completed

Bed Care: May/ September

- Full Bed Care: Beds will be weeded and raked on a weekly basis. Weed control may be applied to the beds as necessary, shrubs will be hand weeded. This service will keep your beds manicured and weed free all season long.

- Basic Bed Care: Beds will be weeded once a month with weed control applied as needed.

Pruning: May/ September - Hand pruning or shearing the shrubs at the proper times of the season, depending on their variety. Pruning maximizes flower yield and reduces disease and parasite damage.

Fall Clean up: November/ December - Cleaning leaves and debris from the beds and lawn to maintain a neat appearance.

Enhancements

Mulching: April/ May - Premium dye free bark mulch will be applied to beds and planters. Mulching retains moisture for the plants and adds beauty to your landscape.

Annual Color: May/ October - Liven up your landscape with pockets of continuous color! We can plant existing beds, add new beds or design planters for your patio or deck.

Landscape Rejuvenation: Let us help you update your landscape with a new garden design to add new color, privacy screen or install a new wall, patio or walkway. Investments made in your landscape can greatly enhance your properties value.
